My father left New Zealand last night in a 65 foot boat heading for Port Vila. It is the middle of winter, the weather is at best unpredictable and he had an operation on his shoulder only a few weeks back, the idea seems just plain crazy to me.

I painted my toenails last night. My lover will never notice the weight I've put on now!
